Project Status: concluded.

In Charikar, in Parwan province north from the afghan capital, 115 war orphans from 5 years of age among which 35 girls) lived in a ramshackle structure, with open-air toilets and without running water nor window glasses. Together with the Italian Red Cross, Auxilia and SPES completely renovated the orphanage in Charikar, which was otherwise likely to be closed.
